This lighted workbench comes with a 1.5" thick hardwood top work surface versatile for garages, laundry room, warehouses, mail rooms, and work studios. The heavy-duty workbench was built with a powder coated steel frame with leveling feet, a 48" x 24" pegboard back with 23 hooks for storage, and 2 cushioned lined drawers with stainless steel fronts, and an accessory power strip to tack any project.

Seville Classics workbench

I bought two of these on Black Friday to put in my garage. Nice looking bench great price cant be touched by the home improvement stores. Very sturdy made of square metal tube not sheet metal like the big names. I have put together many things over the years and have 30 years in the Manufacturing business. The fit and finish from this company is excellent. Very easy to put together, very well packaged with no damage. Just plan on lots of garbage to get rid of packaging.

The best deal

Purchased this workbench black Friday deal, with free shipping. Seen the workbench in store a month earlier and almost bought it then, but wanted to shop around. I had been without a bench in my garage for years and this one is great. Good size, sturdy, nice deep drawers, worklight, pegboard and heavy wood top. Took me a little over 2 hrs to put together. So far no complants and wish I had got 2 at the price.

Amazing value

I bought two of these to put side by side. It took awhile to get them both together, but it is not very complicated. They supply tools for you to use if you wish, but you will want to grab your socket set instead if you have some. The only issue I had was that two of the foot posts (on the first one I put together, the second one all four were fine) had their threads messed up, making them impossible to put in without having to resort to forcing them in a little cross-threaded. The butcher block style tops on these are so nice it looks like they would cost the price of these work benches by themselves.

Excellent product at an excellent price

The item arrived on time. Assembly instructions were very good and had it assembled in a couple of hours, with the help of my son. However, packaging could be better. The lower back bar was bent and the weld had broken - used a hammer and pliers to straighten the bent areas before assembly, Also, the top tray was bent in several places and had to be hammered straight. Overall, very good quality at an excellent price. May buy another one in the future.

I've been shopping around for a workbench for my workshop and after extensive viewing of various products this is the best bang for the buck. What sold me on this product was the solid wood butcher block style top. Excellent working surface, quality metal, like one reviewer said, even ball bearing drawer slides. Other workbenches in this price range had cheap wood surfaces, sometimes even particle board. Well done Seville, I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

This workbench is a great value, it's very high quality, has very well written instructions and the company has excellent customer service. One of the drawer front's had a stripped screw socket and they sent me a new one with out needing an RGA number or having to return the bad one. I highly recommend their products.

Worth the money!

Packaged very well, excellent quality, and assembled easily. No additional tools required. The bench ships with a screwdriver and wrench. The bench has a nice finish on the metal parts and the top is solid. Drawers are tough. I would consider future Seville products based on this bench quality.

Outstanding product; excellent value

My husband and I assembled this in two hrs. or less. While working, we continually marveled at the clarity of instructions for assembly and the ease with which it went together. It is attractive, well-finished, and functional and all for an exceptional price. I would have expected to pay twice the price for this. The only caveat I could add is that if you are short, the counter top might be a little tall. It finished out at a counter height of 37 1/2 inches.

The Best Ever

After researching butcher block workbenches that cost 700 or more, I found this one. I was skeptical of the quality, but read the reviews and decided to take a chance. This is the best piece of assemble at home furniture I've ever bought. The quality is top notch and worth every penny. It just proves that a company can actually provide a product at a price where everyone wins. The assembly was painless and took about an hour.

WOW! What a value!

What a great bench for the money. I was very surprised when I put it together how well built and sturdy it is. It took me about 1 ½ hours to put it together and only had to make one adjustment to make it all fit together; I had to loosen all the draw hangers, slide the draws in and they tighten it all up again. The draws are perfect now. This bench is in a spare bedroom as a general use bench, the wife even likes the way it looks in there. If the size works for you, buy one of these!

I recently took a workbench back to another well known store in town because it was poorly made and impossible to assemble. This Seville Classics product was packed and shipped in a very timely fashion and with care. I was able to assemble it in 2 hrs. and thought the quality was so good I ordered a second one and it went together in 1 hr.!! Instructions were clear and easy to follow. You can really see the difference with an American made product.

This workbench is just what I needed. Excellent features and materials: Solid hardwood butcher block top; quality metal materials, even the pegboard! Ball bearing drawer slides...are you kidding me!? It comes well packaged in one HEAVY box. FedEx left it on my porch, so I unpacked it and moved it piece by piece into the garage for assembly. Instructions are easy to follow and all parts and fastener bags are labeled. Only glitch was a pegboard support (1 of 2) whose pre-drilled holes were slightly out of alignment with the attachment holes. I was able to make it work. I had to give 4/5 stars for that issue. The drawers, overhead light, power strip, pegboard, and quality materials at a reasonable price make this bench a winner. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best workbench I have ever had. Sturdy construction, heavy enough for tough jobs. Comes complete with peg board tool holders, right down to the foam drawer pads to lay tools on. Light is bright enough for most jobs. Assembly took about 1.5 hours with help. Top kudos to the manufacturer!

It isn't often that I find a product like this! The unit is quality and heavy duty! The assembly instructions were the best I have ever worked with with all parts and hardware clearly labeled and marked front and back! I am using this bench for reloading and it is going to work better than I had hoped for. The bench is in my basement and the heavy duty leveling feet were just what I needed! The built in light and power strip make this unit easy to work with. There is also plenty of room for your legs under the bench while seated. The drawers slide smoothly and are solid. The added drawer lining was a nice touch. You can't go wrong with this product!

"I needed a workbench for my new table top lathe and bought this one after reading its great reviews in contrast to the questionable comments made about others I considered. It came in just two days, yes two days! My buddy was with me in the garage when FedEx brought it right in. We put it together immediately and it definitely requires two to do it. We also had a little frustration figuring out how to get the drawers on the sliders properly, but we found a way. Nonetheless, the quality of fasteners, parts and construction is great. The finished bench is great and I love it. "

This is my third Seville Classic Ultra HD item and I have been extremely impressed. Each part is individually wrapped when it arrives in the box. No damage whatsoever. Instructions are to the T. Yes it is time consuming but easy. Every tool you will need is included even a magnetized phillips head screwdriver for all those screws. The quality is far and away the best of anything I found in the stores. I bought two of these and put the wall cabinets above them with the large rolling tool chest beside. Each of these items I give a five star.

compared to comparable units at Home Depot and Lowes which were made of particle board and thin sheet metal this unit is a much higher quality bench. Everything fit well, only issue I had were some sharp corners on the drawer front which were easily filed down.

I did a review for a Seville Ultra Heavyduty workbench (SAM'S Item #: 588596) which I purchsed in January, 2012 and was EXTREMELY happy with. Based on that experience, I decided to buy this lighted workbench. It took me 2-3 hours to put together. The bench packing, assembly instructions, quality and price are unmatched and unbelievable! Can not find anything negative to say about this company and it's products! Based on my experience, I just ordered their garage stool which I have not received yet. You won't be disappointed buying any of thier products.

No Cons

I can only add to the other sterling reviews of this workbench. The packaging is superb and the assembly instructions straightforward and easy to understand. Assembly is a breeze - you even get a wrench and magnetized screwdriver. When pushing the drawers closed for the first time, they may appear to be stopped by a couple metal tabs - just make sure the drawer is on the slider correctly and push a little harder. Don't forget to take the paper protection out of the light. Enjoy your quality peoduct.

Well worth the money,I had been looking around for a good workbench for about a month. I almost bought one at lowes but I really didn't like the way it was made. I decited to look at sam's & they had one at the store I really liked but it was a little big for the space I was wanting to put it in,so i looked at sams.com & found this one WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!! I loved the way it's built very sturdy. The only thing that gave me trouble was the drawers the sliders are a pain to get in right but once there in they work very well. I couldnt be happier with my purchase I went to sams lastnight & bought the two door roll around cabinet very happy with it also.

This workbench may be more expensive than others, but is well worth it. It's sturdy, attractive, and the light is a big help if located (like mine) in a garage. Assembly is not difficult, it just takes time - read the instructions, work slowly, and you'll be happy with the results.

"After reading the reviews I ordered this workbench for my son's hobby room. He's into target shooting, fishing, and archery. Ordered one week before Christmas, I expected it to arrive FEDEX before New Years day. It shipped from California and was on our front porch December 23rd! Packaging was first rate: first an internal box with the well partitioned and protected unassembled bench, next another full box surrounded that, and a final exterior box amply protected the contents. It was a pleasure and whiz to assemble in about 2 hours. Talk about a rock solid, quality, well engineered workbench, complete with leveler feet, very ample neon lighting, and an electrical power strip mounted to the aluminum pegboard back. Lined drawers have top-notch ball bearing slides with ample interior space. There is also storage space on a lined shelf above the neon light that runs the full width of the bench. A vise could be easily attached to the solid hardwood work surface and there's room for reloading equipment for those into hand-loading their own ammunition. The 1.5"" thick wood work surface is so nice, I'm going to have a sheet of plexiglass cut to size to offer added protection. This product certainly won't disappoint!"

You will not be disappointed....really well packaged Beautiful top and metal finishing. Just take the time to read and look at the instructions for a trouble free build. A screw-driving drill with magnetic 3" phillips bit was a big time saver. Allow 1 1/2 to 2+ hours for one person. Turning upright for final assembly may need 2 people..

I must have got lucky what a product. sturdy went togeather well.peg board is metal.a little on the tall side so if you plan on sitting at the bench you will need a draftsman chair. has a solid maple top.I recomend this product. If i could give this product 10 stars i would.

This product is absolutely top notch quality and considering the low price, it is unbeatable! All the parts are correctly labeled, precisely manufactured and fit perfectly. Even good quality tools to assemble the bench are included! The assembled workbench is very stable, rugged and looks professional. It is a pleasure to assemble this workbench because one can feel the high quality of parts and materials. However, some of the metal edges are somewhat sharp and during assembly one should be careful when handling those parts. I probably will cover the wood top with a anodized steel cover to protect the wood.

This bench as well as all Seville products I have in my garage are top notch. They are easy to follow instructions and are built very well. The wood top is so nice on this, I do not want to mess it up. I will have to wait for the first scratch. I just cant bring myself to do it. I did mount a vise on it. It accomodated it well. I would definately reccomend this and the other Seville products. It really makes the garage look nice.

This is a great workbench for a garage and or hobby work surface. Super construction at a super price! Item does need assembly, but isn't all that bad to do. Allow an hour or two for assembly.
